Standard Cancellation Window
At AG Residency, we offer high flexibility for booking modifications and cancellations. Please check our terms below:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time (12:00 PM of the arrival date) are eligible for a 100% full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time will attract a fee equivalent to the first night's tariff (plus taxes). The remaining balance will be refunded.
No-Show Terms
If you fail to arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation, the booking is declared a "No-Show." No-show reservations are non-refundable, and the room allocation will be released by 8:00 PM unless a late check-in has been coordinated with the front desk coordinator.
Refund Processing Timeline
All refunds are initiated immediately upon cancellation. Depending on bank clearance cycles and payment channels, it usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to credit back to your original payment source.
Non-Refundable Promo Rates
Special flash deals, holiday festival vouchers, or corporate partner discounts labeled explicitly as "Non-Refundable" at the time of booking are exempt from standard free cancellation policies.
