By accessing our website, booking rooms, or staying at AG Residency properties, you agree to comply with the terms and rules outlined below.

1. Verification & KYC Requirements

Every guest must upload a valid government-approved photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) during the checkout sequence or submit it directly during check-in. Local government safety protocols prohibit rooms from being checked into without complete physical or digital ID verifications.

2. Occupancy Rules & Extra Guests

Standard room rates apply for up to two adults. Additional guests must be registered during the booking process or reported directly to the reception desk. Surcharges of ₹1500 per night for extra adults and ₹750 per night for children apply. Unregistered visitors are not allowed in rooms overnight.

3. Property Damage & Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain respectable conduct throughout their stay. Any deliberate damages to hotel properties, rooms, fixtures, or amenities will be billed directly to the guest before checkout. AG Residency reserves the right to terminate stays without refund in the case of illegal activities or severe disturbances.

4. Reservation Payments

Online reservations are secured via secure payment gateways. For "Pay at Hotel" choices, reservations are held tentatively, and the guest is requested to settle the bills at check-in. In the event of high occupancy, unpaid bookings without confirmed check-in schedules may be subject to cancellation.
